2021 Spintronics Workshop on LSI

General Information

The 2021 Spintronics Workshop on LSI will be held virtually on June 13, 2021, celebrating its 10th anniversary, in conjunction with the VLSI Symposium on Technology as a Satellite Workshop of the 2021 VLSI Symposia. The workshop will focus on spintronics-based LSI technologies for high performance and ultra low power systems. Papers on current status, prospects and the remaining challenges in this field will be presented from invited speakers.
The workshop is organized by Center for Innovative Integrated Electronic Systems (CIES), Research Instituite of Electrical Communication (RIEC), Center for Science and Innovation in Spintronics (CSIS) as World-Leading Research Center for Spintronics at Tohoku University, and Center for Spintronics Research Network (CSRN), Tohoku University.

Live Session: June 13, 15:00-17:00 (JST)

Video pre-recorded presentations on-demand are available until August 31.
